Snow and Ice Dam Removal

Is Your Roof Covered in Snow or Ice?

Winter can be beautiful, but it also comes with its share of challenges—especially when it comes to your roof. Snow and ice can weigh down your home, create dangerous conditions, and lead to costly repairs if not managed properly.

Heavy snow accumulation can stress your roof, increasing the risk of leaks, structural damage, or even collapse. Ice dams, those stubborn ridges of ice along your roof’s edges, can trap melting snow, causing water to seep under shingles and into your home.

Winter Storms Can Be Stressful, Let Us Help!

Roof Snow Removal

We'll carefully clear heavy snow from your roof without damaging shingles or gutters and clear away any snow that falls onto walkways and entry areas to ensure safe access around your home.

Ice Dam Mitigation

Our crews will carefully chisel existing ice dams down to 2”-3” above the shingle surface to prevent water damage. To help mitigate continuous ice dam formation, we also offer an Ice Melt application.

"I’m over the moon happy with the professionalism and workmanship of Superior Point Exteriors!! As a new homeowner, I was guided every step of the way by Miguel Sotamba. I had an insurance claim for hail damage and had to replace the siding, gutters, fascia, and the roof. Miguel spent time with me to help me understand every part of the process."

"Superior Point Exteriors is a super hero! I had a very frustrating insurance claim process, occurring on a very tight timeline. We were set to sell out home and were in the process of pulling a hail claim. When our insurance decided to make the process as humanly difficult as possible. Superior Point Exteriors were there for us the entire way, we would not have been able to complete our project in the time allotted if not for them. Between fighting for the claim and pushing back against Insurance, Timely responses, professional communications, Attention to detail and some of the best roofing work i have personally seen! Superior Point Exteriors was able to not only meet, but exceed expectations and absurdly tight timeline. Because of this we were able to complete the project before the close date and move out of our home with no problems. I will never use another Exteriors company for work needed on my properties in the future. I have nothing but the best to say!"
